The prices are listed for a week’s stay.
For stays shorter than 5 days the price is increased by 20%.
A 15% price discount is given in case of a stay longer than 14 days.
The prices include tourist tax.
Advance payment is to be made in the amount of 20% of the total price as booking confirmation, and the rest is to be paid in cash when checking in.
